Justin Maguire is the Head of Design for Atlassian’s Enterprise & Emerging business, where he leads design across some of the company’s most critical and ambitious bets, including the System of Admin and the AI-powered System of Work.
He is widely recognized as a leader in enterprise-scale design, with deep expertise in transforming complex platforms into intuitive, high-impact experiences that serve millions of users.
Prior to Atlassian, Justin was Corporate Vice President of Design for Microsoft 365. Before that, he spent seven years at Salesforce, where he ultimately served as Chief Design Officer, leading a global team of more than 650 designers. Earlier in his career, he worked at the design firm frog, partnering with iconic brands including Disney, BMW, and Nokia.
Outside of work, Justin is an avid sailor. Whether on the open water or leading teams through moments of transformation, he brings a constant drive toward exploration, clarity, and forward momentum.
