At the forefront of enterprise AI adoption, Parsh is driving the shift toward Agentic AI at Ford — embedding intelligent, AI-powered workflows into developer toolchains, enablement platforms, and multi-cloud operations. His work is centered on a simple but ambitious idea: that the right developer experience, supercharged by AI agents, can fundamentally change the pace and quality of engineering delivery at enterprise scale.
With deep expertise across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS, he has led adoption of Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, and built high-performing teams across cloud migrations, infrastructure as code, observability, and DevOps/DevSecOps enablement. His career spans transformative leadership at UKG and Tribune Publishing, where he drove global cloud expansions, strengthened security and compliance posture, and delivered seamless technology integration in complex M&A environments.
Parsh holds an MS in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and is based in Lake Wylie, near Charlotte, NC.
