Her background combines R&D program management experience at Atlassian with seven years in the aerospace engineering industry, bringing a unique blend of technical depth and delivery expertise. Nicole partners closely with engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders to turn strategic ambitions into measurable outcomes for both Atlassian and AWF1.
