Philip has worked at Atlassian for 11+ years.  He has been the Head of Atlassian for Startups (atlassian.com/startups) since April 2024, and just prior was the Portfolio Management Lead for Atlassian Ventures (atlassian.com/ventures). Whether inside or outside the office, Philip is passionate about connecting with people in ways that are truly meaningful (not just tactical). He never hesitates to get up in front of a crowd, which his wife finds both admirable and embarrassing. When not at work, you can find him spending time with his family, traveling to new places or swimming, biking, running, or skiing -- his own personal “quad-athalon”.
