Knowledge management for R&D can be democratic, flexible, and even downright enjoyable! And importantly, it enables people to stand out as change-makers. In this talk, we will share our successful voyage in knowledge management, and how we used Confluence to produce reusable knowledge from the daily work of our research and development team.
