How to create a change management program that can withstand constant change

Plans only go so far, especially when even the immediate future is hard to predict. That’s why the most successful change management programs rely on an iterative approach that uses healthy practices to navigate through new environments.

While this was true even before the pandemic, companies today have the added challenge of creating plans without a precedent to guide them. What do we do when "lift and shift" model won't work?
