Jira Service Management: Incident Management

New Incident Management functionality from Opsgenie is now integrated with Jira Service Management. This demo walks through a common use case of managing, documenting, and resolving customer reported incidents utilizing JSM, Jira Software, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Now that Opsgenie is natively integrated with JSM, we also cover escalating these customer reported incidents to a major incident and how that ties into the Opsgenie platform for incident resolution, incident communication, and postmortem documentation.
