Tristan Boutros is a thought leader, published author on technology and business transformation, and Chief Technology Officer at ASCAP. In his latter role, he leads one of the largest teams at the performing rights organization, propelling its move to digital-first operations and driving the industry toward better data alignment and services for music creators and industry stakeholders. Boutros has also held senior technology roles at The New York Times, Warner Music Group, Blackberry, and IAC and is the co-author of several books including Agile Project Management, due in January 2021.
