Hakan Bahadir has spent last 22 years in Software Operations and Support domain. His journey started before Jira was invented, where every organisation was building up their in-house tool for the IT Service Management. He worked at HP Software and large Service organizations where he helped his customers save time using automation solutions. In the last 2 years, he has been deeply focused on Insight, the Service Management Database at Atlassian, and has been witness to the beginning of JSM’s new High Velocity IT adventure. Currently, he is helping customers to transform data to intelligence and accelerate service delivery.
