Hakan Bahadir has spent the last 22 years in the Software Operations and Support domain. His journey started before Jira was invented, when every organization was building their own in-house ITSM tools. He worked at HP Software and large Service organizations where he helped his customers save time using automation solutions. In the last 2 years, he has been deeply focused on Assets (formerly known as Insight), the Jira-native asset and configuration management feature set, and is a fan of Jira Service Management’s high-velocity ITSM adventure. Currently, he is helping customers transform data to intelligence and accelerate service delivery.
