Aaron Monroe is VP and Global Head of Enterprise Business Agility within Visa’s Transformation Office. He is a dynamic transformation leader with over 20 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies build high performing teams, accelerate speed to market, and increase business value delivered. He has a proven track record of leading successful enterprise transformations, and is capable of defining and implementing high agility behaviors and practices at scale. He is a senior level change leader, proficient at leading analytical problem-solving efforts to improve the effectiveness of product development, engineering practices, and business operations. Aaron is a compelling communicator able to motivate leaders at all organizational levels to embrace an Agile mindset, adopt Agile practices, and embrace change.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Southern Connecticut State, Master of Arts degree in Rhetoric & Writing from UNC Charlotte, a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Western Carolina, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Benedictine University. He’s currently working on his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University.
