This workshop will show you strategies to plan for end user adoption and change management across multiple teams and large organizations. You’ll even be able to put these strategies into practice in real time – with an Atlassian tool rollout at a simulated company.

After taking this workshop, you’ll:

• Have a set of tools to successfully drive end user adoption of Atlassian products (especially when moving to Cloud)

• Know how to leverage usage data via Admin Hub to better understand end user adoption patterns, how to engage inactive users, and build a Champions network

• Have hands-on experience planning and completing a large-scale rollout of Atlassian tools (with a simulated company)
