Transitioning to the Cloud means that for users, well-known procedures will have to be adapted and new features, implemented. It’s not only the technology that changes; routines and procedures will change too. In this talk, we’ll share how we implemented one of Atlassian’s core values — open company — in our Cloud migration project to support a successful journey.
