Jason is a Group Product Manager on Jira Service Management (JSM). He has been at Atlassian for over 5 years, working across different areas of JSM. He is the product lead on analytics, reporting and AIOps helping users unleash the potential of their teams through the use of data.Outside of work he enjoys playing progressive rock music in his home studio, playing soccer and getting better at being a first-time dad.
