Simon is overseeing the development of Forms in JSM. Prior to its acquisition by Atlassian in 2021, Simon was the Founder and CEO of ThinkTilt. The ThinkTilt app ProForma, was a powerful form automation tool that extended the power of Jira to every team in an organisation.

Before this, Simon also co-founded SmartyGrants, one of the world’s leading grants management systems. He is also a recovering lawyer.
