Cathy was born and raised in Cali; Colombia moved to the USA in 2007. Cathy started at NextEra Energy as an IT Intern in 2012. For the last couple of years, she has been empowering NextEra business teams with Jira Service Management. Together with the team we have implemented 60+ Service Desks and have streamlined business processes for different units/departments in the company. She loves spending time outdoors with her husband and French puppy, we love traveling & discovering new places.
