Hersh Tapadia, co-founder and CEO at Allstacks, is a serial entrepreneur and engineer focused on solving problems that are at the heart of customer challenges. Hersh co-created Allstacks with the belief that engineering should be a leader in the boardroom. That leadership can be achieved by embracing an operations mindset and using data to create outcomes versus reacting to them. Before Allstacks, Hersh co-founded several companies including CertiRX, built to solve the global pharmaceutical counterfeiting problem, and Ravioli Labs, an analytics and algorithm-based software consultancy. In addition to leading Allstacks, Hersh works with early-stage companies and students as an advisor/mentor through various channels including DukeGEN and the NC State Engineering Entrepreneurs Program.
