Effie is a seasoned ITSM strategist and an Axelos ITIL Model Assessor with over a decade of experience in service and work management across industries with a focus in the financial sector. In 2013, she co-founded Nimaworks, a Platinum Atlassian Solution Partner. Under her leadership, the company expanded its expertise in Service Manaagement to various highly regulated industries, establishing itself as a South European leader in Atlassian Service Management consulting. Effie's integration into The Adaptavist Group marks an exciting growth phase.  Efi loves traveling the world with her family, hiking in the mountains, enjoying the peace and beauty of the natural world.
