Amy Glancey is the Director of the Office of the CEO, and Chief of Staff at Atlassian.
After joining the company in 2016 as Director of Communications for Asia Pacific, she expanded her responsibilities to oversee Global Communications. In 2018, Amy transitioned to her current role, partnering closely with Atlassian’s Co-Founders/Co-CEOs to drive strategic priorities and operational efficiency across the company.
Acting as a force multiplier for the CEO, Amy ensures that the right priorities stay front and centre, translating vision into scalable execution across Atlassian’s global teams.
Amy contributes to the broader Sydney community as a Board Member of BESydney, bringing global tech insight to the organisation’s strategic events. She is also a member of the Sydney Innovation and Technology Precinct Industry Advisory Group.
Prior to joining Atlassian, Amy spent four years at Groupon, where she led communications across Asia Pacific.
