Mikael Helldén is the owner of the Atlassian cloud platform at H&M Group and manager for the team running it. He is responsible for the governance of the platform, designing and implementing H&M's Operating Model with the ambition to maximize flow, transparency and data reliability.
Mikael has more than 25 years of experience in the IT space, beginning his career as a developer before holding roles such as solution architect, process architect, and agile coach. Driven by a strong passion for lean principles and a love to work where theory meets practice, he's been at the forefront of H&M’s agile transformation for over ten years.
Mikael lives in Stockholm with his family and when he's not exploring new ways to help users become more effective in their daily work, he loves to cook, collect wines, listen to death metal, and has a dream of becoming a Lego master builder.
