Asha Thurthi is the Head of Strategy Collection at Atlassian, where she leads the product strategy and execution of Atlassian’s strategy collection efforts, shaping how business leaders plan and execute their priorities to maximize success and growth. In addition, she leads Strategy and Business Operations at Atlassian and oversees Product Partnerships and M&A, driving alignment across the company’s portfolio and ecosystem.
Previously, Asha held senior leadership roles at Bird, Dropbox, and Amazon where she shaped, launched and scaled new products and businesses. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two boys, who keep her busy and inspired outside of work.
