Asha Thurthi is SVP Product & Head of Strategy and Ops at Atlassian. She leads product strategy and execution for Strategy Collection, User-Based Pricing, and Data, helping business leaders turn strategy into results and aligning pricing with customer value to drive growth. She also leads Atlassian's Strategy and Operations shaping company strategy and driving execution across portfolios.

Previously, Asha held senior leadership roles at Bird, Dropbox, and Amazon, where she shaped, launched, and scaled new products and businesses. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two boys, who keep her busy and inspired outside of work.
