As Head of Offer & Site Execution at Siemens Energy Transformation of Industry Division, Ulrich Tschakert is responsible for technical proposal preparation as well as site support during outages and overhauls.

In this role, Ulrich leads a globally distributed team of subject matter experts with extensive experience in the execution of industrial projects involving steam turbines and generators. Together, the team supports customers and internal stakeholders across the global service business in an efficient and solution-oriented manner—from the proposal phase through to successful on-site execution.

Given the large number of network partners and stakeholders involved, transparent and structured project execution is a critical success factor. Ulrich is therefore strongly committed to the digitalization and standardization of processes. In particular, he leverages and develops solutions based on Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence to provide centralized access to information, clearly define responsibilities, and sustainably improve collaboration across the global service organization.

His efforts are supported by nearly 20 years of professional experience in process management, project management, and harmonization initiatives across diverse business environments.
