Call for speakers for Team '25 Europe closes 3 June 2025 at 23:59 CEST.

During the Call for speakers, you as the submitter will select which of the proposed formats (breakout, panel, theatre) best aligns with your content.

If accepted, you will have the opportunity to deliver your unique story to a wide audience and connect with your peers on a new level. Additionally, all accepted speakers receive a complimentary pass to attend the event and are assigned a dedicated track lead from Atlassian. Your track lead will partner with you throughout the preparation process, offering guidance and feedback to enhance your final presentation. We’ll also be offering virtual sessions with a speaker coach and a robust speaker resource center.

Submissions that are service and product pitches will not be accepted. If you're interested in marketing your solutions, please email sponsorship@atlassian.com.

Absolutely! Every year we receive so many great submissions and we have a difficult job of only accepting a limited number of sessions. We would love to be able to utilize the amazing content in our future events, webinars, or blog posts.

If you’re interested in delivering your presentation in another format, or being a part of a future marketing campaign, please be sure to check this box in the submission form.

Yes, but you will need to have all of the speaker’s information, including their email address to submit the session. If you are submitting on behalf of a customer, the following criteria must be met:

  • The customer must be informed that they are being included in a proposed session for Team '25 Europe.
  • The customer must confirm that, if selected, they would be willing to travel, at their own expense, to the event in Barcelona, Spain 7-9 October 2025.
  • The customer’s name, company and contact information must be included in the submission to be considered. Any submissions that do not provide this information risk being automatically declined.

Beginning Jul 1, 2025, accept and decline notifications will be sent out via email. These notifications will continue on a rolling basis as the event agenda is finalized. All acceptances will be sent by Aug 5, 2025.

The program committee or a Track lead may reach out to you for additional information on your submission prior to making an acceptance decision.

All submitted sessions are blindly reviewed by a program committee made up of a wide variety of Atlassians. After initial review, sessions are discussed in track-focused calibration meetings and an effort is made to provide an overall balanced agenda.

Session submissions can be accepted as they are, however it is not uncommon for the program committee to request changes from submitters. These changes may include merging sessions with similar content, adjusting the session format, or requesting additional information to ensure a balanced and comprehensive agenda.

If your session proposal gets merged with another session, you will work with your Track lead to adapt the content of your session and the speakers involved. It's important that both the content and the speakers are combined in a way that fits the designated session format. Collaborative work during the content development process will be essential to ensure that the final session is cohesive.

Yes. As soon as you receive your acceptance email, you will have access to the Speaker Resource Center where you will track your tasks and deliverables. Content development should happen early, so that you have time to refine your session materials throughout the month of August and into early September.
