Session concept:
Replicating the highly successful customer panel format from TEAM '26 Anaheim (4.7/5 speaker score, 199 attendees, recommended for repeat). European TAS customers who have completed or are actively engaged in Transform with Rovo share how they moved from AI experimentation to real, measurable workflows — peer-to-peer.
Customer sourcing approach:
Panelists would be drawn from customers TAS EMEA has engaged through Transform with Rovo, each with strong internal champions and adoption proof points. Customers haven't been solidified yet so you can reach out to me or Raif. A shortlist has been prepared with input from the EMEA team, such as, TomTom, Personio, and Vodafone Ziggo.
Moderator / Panel lead:
Submitted on behalf of the TAS EMEA team. Final panel moderator TBC — preference is for a team member who is closer to the customer work and has existing relationships with panelists (similar to how Chance's rapport drove success in Anaheim). I'm happy to remain as backup or support the selected lead with logistics and prep.
Why this matters for Team '26 Europe:
- Proven format: Anaheim's panel was recommended for repeat by the AI track team
- Credible European stories: customers span HR-tech, banking, retail, mapping, and telecom
- Aligns with the "customer-led" and "practical value" priorities in the CFS brief
- TAS EMEA already has the customer relationships to make this work
