Vikram Rao is the Chief Trust Officer at Atlassian, a leading provider of productivity and collaboration software. He is responsible for the overall security and trust of Atlassian’s products as well as governance, compliance, and risk management strategies.
Vikram has over two decades of experience in security and engineering fields serving consumer, enterprise and cloud customers. Prior to Atlassian, Vikram was the Executive Vice President of Security Engineering and Operations at Salesforce, where he was later promoted to Chief Trust Officer. Before joining Salesforce, he spent 18 years at Microsoft in a variety of engineering leadership roles, including engineering general management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
He previously served as an advisory board member for the World Economic Forum’s Digital Trust Steering Committee.
