Nemil is a seasoned Atlassian Administrator at Software AG, with a rich background in managing and optimizing Atlassian Cloud products. Over the past four years, Nemil has been instrumental in helping Software AG harness the full potential of tools such as JSM, Jira, Confluence, Opsgenie, and Statuspage. Joining the company around the same time Software AG adopted Atlassian Cloud, Nemil has played a pivotal role in integrating and scaling these solutions across the organization. Collective efforts from the whole Atlassian Admin team at Software AG were recognized on an international stage when they won the first-ever ITSM High Velocity Award at Atlassian's Team'23 conference in Las Vegas.
