Ellen Just leads the Lean Agile Center of Excellence at Panera Bread, overseeing their SAFe journey for last 3 years. Her focus has been to bring together the tools (Jira, Jira Align), the people and processes to execute value. She has her SAFe PO/PM, Scrum Master, Lean Portfolio Management and SPC certifications and leverages those to find the right balance of process and execution. Before starting the SAFe journey, she was responsible for providing a frictionless support and service experience which she has been able to leverage when working with teams.
