I joined Valiantys on the 15th of January 2024 to head up the ESM practice on a global scale. Previously, I worked for BT, (British Telecom), for 7 years and held a variety of roles ranging from Service Desk Manager through to Head of Technical and Professional Services. My background is heavily routed in Service Management and I’m ITIL4 Strategic Leader and Managing Professional certified as well as having qualifications and background in programme and project management. I have a real passion for continuous improvement and development of repeatable artefacts and one of my key drivers is to help those around me by simplifying topics, content and approaches as much as possible.
