Andrea joined Convex in early 2020 and has overseen the transformation of several areas across the organisation.
Having previously held Scrum Master and Product Lead roles at Convex, Andrea is now part of the Change Leadership Team, advocating strong agile ways of working across the change portfolio.
Andrea also helped build out Convex's Workflow capability, utilising Atlassian products in unconventional ways, to support the business in their complex risk processing and triaging.
