She is CEO of Kantega SSO and holds board positions in two regulated Nordic companies impacted by NIS2 and DORA: Morrow Bank ASA and ZTL Payments AS. Morrow Bank ASA is a bank listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange with a loan book of 15 bn NOK and customers across Norway, Sweden and Finland. ZTL Payments AS is a payment provider specialised in PSD2-enabled B2B payments in Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Anna-Karin was previously CEO of Mastercard Payment Services Norway and she has held executive positions in DNB and EY.
