With a career spanning leadership roles in project management at IBM, user experience for Y-Combinator, and product operations at Datasite, he has deep expertise in aligning product, engineering, and design.
JR has spearheaded enterprise initiatives leveraging the Atlassian System of Work, leading to game-changing innovations for Datasite's Virtual Data Room (VDR) and fostering "the work is the report" operations philosophy. He holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
