Sajit is an Agile consultant who loves working with technical teams to solve complex problems. He believes in empathy, values openness over flawlessness, and focuses on helping teams do better work, not just follow processes.
His curiosity about ways of working led him to create Culture Commandos, a community collective exploring workplace behaviour through the weekly satire comic "Workplaceish". He also runs the virtual gamified learning community ACE Quiz-Wiz, where he hosts the "QuizWiz Trivia Championship", the “Are You Smarter Than a Jira/Confluence Admin?” series and co-hosts "The Rovo Games" show, using fun, community, and curiosity as serious tools for learning.A musician and bike enthusiast at heart, Sajit is always on an adventure to push the boundaries of creativity and collaboration in the workplace.
