Sajit is an Agile consultant who loves working with technical teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality solutions. He believes in empathy, values openness over flawlessness, and focuses on helping teams do better work—not just follow better processes.
A musician and bike enthusiast at heart, Sajit is always on an adventure to push the boundaries of creativity and collaboration in the workplace.
He is also the creator of Culture Commandos. A storytelling initiative that explores how real culture shows up inside teams, beyond frameworks, rituals, and dashboards. Through comics, stories, and conversations, Culture Commandos highlights the everyday behaviours that either help teams thrive or quietly hold them back.
Sajit co-leads the in-person Delhi–Gurugram Atlassian Community chapter and runs the virtual Quiz-Wiz community, where he hosts the ACE QuizWiz Championship and also runs the “Are You Smarter Than a Jira/Confluence Admin?” series and The Rovo Games show, using fun, community, and curiosity as serious tools for learning.
