Lynn is a Principal Engineer at NatWest, where she leads the Atlassian Product Team supporting over 25,000 colleagues across the organisation. With deep experience in platform engineering Lynn and her team have been instrumental in scaling Atlassian’s System of Work—including Jira, Confluence, JPD, and JSM—to simplify delivery and accelerate idea-to-value flow.
