Miriam Romaniuk is a transformation leader who helps teams navigate change and thrive in how they work. She leads Atlassian’s Teamwork Lab, a team made up of designers, behavioral scientists, and transformation experts that study teams across the world to deeply understand their challenges with teamwork.  Miriam previously served as Chief of Staff and Global Program Manager for Team Anywhere, guiding Atlassian’s enterprise-wide shift to distributed work. Before Atlassian, she was a Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting Practice, where she helped organizations adapt through transformations in structure, ways of working, and leadership practices.
