Sara is Head of Business Process & Intelligence and a self-described “Jira fairy,” working in the Atlassian ecosystem since 2021. She has led end-to-end implementations across the Atlassian suite, with a particular focus on Jira Service Management, helping teams streamline service delivery and improve operational excellence. With more than 10 years’ experience managing complex, cross-functional projects for international clients, Sara combines analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems through simple solutions. In 2024, she founded the Atlassian Málaga Chapter, bringing together the local community to share knowledge and ideas.
