As an IT Consultant and Product Owner I manage and administer our entire Atlassian platform both structurally and technically. My responsibilities include software configuration, documentation, team management, and project management. I have extensive hands-on experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira,Jira Service Management, Trello, Jira Product Discovery, Bitbucket, Forge software development, as well as M365 Planner and SharePoint.
