Leon Harvey is VP of Product Operations at Datasite, where he leads Product Operations and Program Management for the R&D organisation. He also owns the product operating model connecting strategy, prioritisation and delivery across Product, Engineering and Design. His current work centres on how product organisations use AI in planning and prioritisation, and on why faster delivery so often fails to produce faster value. Before Datasite he was Chief Professional Services Officer at Squiz, running P&L across engineering, design and delivery. He sits on Atlassian's Strategy Collection Customer Advisory Council.
