As a Head of Product for Enterprise Strategy & Planning, Natalia helps define the future of Atlassian’s products and solutions in Strategy Collection. She's on a mission to empower world’s largest organizations to connect their strategy to execution, make better decisions faster, and deliver on desired strategic outcomes with the power of AI and Atlassian's Teamwork Graph.

Previously, she led a number of SaaS products in enterprise and collaboration technology space, including the core product for Atlassian's Confluence Cloud, as well as product and design for SmartRecruiters (acquired by SAP). Natalia was named one of the best big company product leaders by Amplitude, and was an honoree of the Women of Impact award recognizing women leaders in technology.
