Kripa Mohan is Head of Engineering for Atlassian’s Strategy Collection, where he leads a global engineering organization building products that help enterprises connect strategy, investment, and execution. He oversees engineering across Focus, Talent, Goals, Projects, and Align, driving product innovation and AI adoption across teams in five geographic locations worldwide.

With 20 years of experience spanning Facebook and Instagram (Meta), Twitter, and Microsoft, Kripa has built and scaled engineering organizations, launched new products, and led platforms serving billions of users. His leadership spans enterprise software, machine learning, advertising infrastructure, and online safety. He holds multiple patents and has served as an early investor and technical advisor to a startup subsequently acquired for its platform technology.

Outside work, Kripa spends most of his time with his family and watching NFL football.
