Hilary Lanham is Head of Productivity Services at Lloyds Banking Group, leading the platforms and services that support engineers across the organisation. She has extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation in highly regulated environments, with expertise in developer experience, platform modernisation and technology-led change.
Hilary focuses on measuring productivity, improving developer experience and removing friction from delivery. Over the past year, she led the migration of more than 31,000 users and multiple terabytes of Jira and Confluence data to Atlassian Cloud, establishing a secure, scalable collaboration ecosystem. She is also driving the responsible adoption of AI capabilities such as Rovo, helping the Group improve productivity while maintaining strong governance.
