When and where will Team '25 Europe take place?

Yes, sponsors are eligible for the alumni rate at future Team '26 Europe sponsorship and a discount on one (1) future Team on Tour. (Atlassian Connect events do not apply)

Sponsorship fees are due 30 days after the invoice date and must be paid in USD. Sponsors are responsible for currency conversion shortages and additional bank fees.

If payment is not received within thirty (30) days prior to the conference start date, Atlassian may delete any registrations made through the sponsor code. The sponsor will need to pay pre-event or onsite using a credit card to attend the event.

Sponsorship payments are being collected by a third-party vendor, Enterprise Events Group, Inc. (EEG). EEG accepts payment by check, ACH, or wire transfer. Please make sure to reference your invoice number in your payment. A copy of EEG's W9 is attached along with wire transfer instructions.

  • 60 Days or More Before 7 October 2025: Atlassian retains or requires 25% of sponsorship fees as a cancellation charge.
  • Between 60 and 30 Days Before 7 October 2025: Atlassian retains or requires 50% of sponsorship fees as a cancellation charge.
  • Less Than 30 Days Before 7 October 2025: Atlassian retains or requires the full sponsorship fee.

Sponsors can participate in a breakout session at Team '25 Europe if it is included in their sponsorship package or if they purchase it as an Additional Marketing Opportunity (AMO). Availability is first-come, first-served.

Includes promotion in the Team '25 Europe app and website. A brand ambassador scans attendee badges, and leads are emailed within 24 hours.

The call for speakers is independent from the sponsorship program. Participation in the call for speakers does not provide any advantage in sponsorship selection. Similarly, sponsoring the event does not contribute to the evaluation of any call for speakers submissions. Submissions are blindly evaluated solely on merit and relevance.

Sponsors can purchase additional passes at the sponsor rate. For limits per level, refer to the benefit grid. The deadline is September 26.

Sponsors should register early if booking rooms through the hotel platform. There is no formal registration deadline.

Sponsors will not have dedicated room blocks. Use the standard booking process via the hotel platform.

Sponsors receive a list of opt-in attendees (company and job title) three weeks before the event as part of their sponsorship benefits.

Sponsors can use unique UTM links to track registrations and measure the effectiveness of their promotional campaigns.

Includes email banners, presentation slides, and social media assets to promote event participation.

  • Booth scans: If an attendee opts out under GDPR, their personal information will be redacted. However, their company name and job title will still be included in the final report.
  • Session scans: All session scans will be processed to comply with GDPR. The cleaned data will be sent to the designated point of contact (POC) within 24 hours after the session.

  • Sponsors can purchase additional lead retrieval solutions, though physical devices may be limited.
  • Lead retrieval licenses are included in sponsorship packages, with the number of licenses varying by level.

Includes a complete structure, electrical setup, trash disposal, Wi-Fi, stool(s), lockable cabinet(s), and monitor(s).

No modifications are allowed for the turnkey booth setup.
