Szymon Kikla is Head of Product for Platform Engineering and AI Platforms at Deliveroo, where he leads the development of the internal engineering ecosystem and drives AI expansion. His work has enabled over a thousand engineers to build, scale, and innovate with greater speed and reliability. Previously, he led Deliveroo’s partner API integration group, transforming how the company collaborates with global partners. Before Deliveroo, Szymon was Director of Professional Services at Comcast, delivering large-scale online video streaming solutions for enterprises. He holds an MSc in Technology Management from UCL and is passionate about building the next generation of AI-enabled platforms.
