Atlassian Chief People and AI Enablement Officer, Avani Prabhakar, leads the People and Transformations organisation, a 3,000+ team bringing together Internal Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Tech Support (collectively, Atlassian Customer Engineering), alongside the People and Strategic Initiatives organisations.

Under her leadership, the team is building enterprise AI transformation, embedding AI as core infrastructure and running live experiments through Atlassian’s Teamwork Lab to design the future of roles, skills, and teams. She also leads Atlassian’s Forward Deployed Engineering motion, creating evidence-based playbooks for human and AI collaboration that guide Atlassian’s transformation and help enterprise customers navigate the same shift.
