In his capacity as Head of Product for Atlassian JSM, he is responsible for spearheading global initiatives in service management and AI, spanning IT, HR, and various other business functions. His career includes significant roles as a product leader at major tech companies like ServiceNow, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung, as well as positions in emerging startups. Vishwesh has successfully launched a range of integrated products and features for cloud platforms and enterprise software in diverse global markets. He holds six patents in the Internet of Things and cloud management. Vishwesh is a proud alumnus of North Carolina State University where he earned his Master's degree, and of the prestigious UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where he obtained his MBA.
