Closing keynote with General Keith Alexander

Description

Keith Alexander served as the first Commander of U.S. Cyber Command and as Director of the National Security Agency during a period of unprecedented digital transformation and rapidly evolving cyber threats. Across decades of service at the highest levels of government and national security, he led some of the most complex intelligence and cyber operations in the world, working closely with civilian leaders, the military, and international partners to defend the nation’s most critical systems.

In this keynote, Gen. Alexander will draw on his experience building and leading the nation’s cyber mission to discuss what effective leadership looks like in an era defined by constant disruption, emerging technologies, and persistent threats. He will explore how leaders can build resilient organizations, integrate security into the fabric of operations, and move at the speed of mission without sacrificing trust or accountability. His remarks will focus on decision-making under pressure, aligning people and technology around mission outcomes, and preparing today’s leaders to compete and win in an increasingly contested digital landscape.
