Benjamin Kayser is a former international rugby player turned entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and media personality. With 37 caps for France, Kayser’s professional rugby career spanned over a decade and included stints with elite clubs such as Stade Français, Leicester Tigers, Castres Olympique, and Clermont Auvergne. His tenure with Clermont was particularly successful, where he played a pivotal role in winning the 2016 European Rugby Challenge Cup and the 2017 Top 14 title. He also represented France at the 2015 Rugby World Cup, showcasing his leadership and resilience on the global stage.
 
Following his retirement from rugby, Kayser pursued an Executive MBA at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, preparing him for a seamless transition into the business world. He is now the co-founder of Teampact Ventures, an impact-driven venture capital fund that applies the principles of elite sport—resilience, teamwork, and high performance—to climate and health innovation in startups. This unique approach bridges sports psychology with entrepreneurial strategy, creating sustainable, high-impact businesses.
