Paul is a long tenured leader with more than 25 years of experience with several enterprise software organizations such as IBM and Microsoft. He has built and led high performance sales teams in various industry sectors and software disciplines, and is known for bringing creativity and discipline to GTM motions.
Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Paul is currently tasked with leading Atlassian’s Enterprise Strategy & Planning solutions sales team through a transformation into a true Enterprise Go To Market motion. Paul has been a key part of Atlassian’s company-wide efforts in redefining overall sales strategy, which entails working with all aspects of the organization; from Marketing, Product Engineering, Partner Channel, Sales Operations and Finance.
In his personal time, Paul enjoys spending time with family, golf and travel.
