Peiling is the Tech Lead of GovTech’s SHIP-HATS engineering team, where she collaborates with stakeholders across the Singapore Government—including product managers, Whole-of-Government (WOG) users, security and product principals—to champion DevSecOps and Agile practices as part of their national digital transformation journey.
Her career began as a game developer in Japan, where she spent a decade honing her craft before transitioning into FinTech and enterprise systems. Over the past seven years at GovTech, she has worn multiple hats—from Cloud Engineer and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to Platform Engineer—gaining broad technical exposure and deep operational insight.
She is passionate about solving complex problems and enjoys working hands-on with technology, regardless of the domain. She thrives in cross-functional environments and is always eager to explore new tools, frameworks, and approaches that drive innovation and efficiency.
