Andrea is a Work Futurist and Author who believes that the future of work is about you.
A former Washington, D.C.-based television news correspondent and human rights worker, Andrea has managed and led hundreds of remote teams covering major events, generated grants to rebuild Iraq & Afghanistan and was part of the 'Save Darfur' team that drove the advocacy movement to help stop the genocide in Sudan.
Since 2012, Andrea has been training five hundred leaders & learners a year to adapt to change through her small business.
One year before the pandemic, Andrea released her first book, 'Future Fit' which won the Australian Business Book of the Year.
 
Her upcoming second title, called 'Adapt,' is about how we can be an active player in our own transformation: how to be the pilot and not the passenger on your leadership journey by shifting from responding and reacting to change—to anticipating and shaping it.
